If desired you may extend your rental beyond the 9 hours quoted above for an additional fee.
All rentals include tables and chairs for up to 200 people. Set up is extra depending on size of party.
A $500.00 security deposit and a signed contract is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will not be
applied to the rental payment and will be refunded after the event as long as there are no contract violations.
Rental fees are due and payable 90 days prior to the scheduled event.
Credit cards are accepted...there will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card use.
